The rise in price each winter is due to heating oil, which could be shifted to biomass solutions.

Price increases have been shown to be related to upgraded for low sulfur clean diesel demands which should be required. BioDiesel should also be blended into the mix.

The cost of BioDiesel is directly related to the feedstock used and recently that feedstock has been food based just as Ethanol has been.

    Biomass is not FOOD BASED.

In time BTL will become the low cost provider, however all first phase work will demand CHP and remediation aspects.

I am working very hard on this aspect and have been doing so for the last 12 years, however what I DEMAND is TRUE NATIONAL LEADERSHIP.

That is only now SEEN with OBAMA.

If you are not the sustainable low cost provider you simply will not succeed over time.

The game old energy plays is to simply out last everyone else. Deeper pockets allow them to play that game.

The up and down of demand plays right into their whole understanding of upsteam and downsteam and is lost on most who do not understand ENERGY.

YOU MUST UNDERSTAND BOTH and this is sadly lost on all who invested in FOOD BASED FEEDSTOCKS.

Ecosystems empowerment for the rural poor.
