    Which has a labor law which states the following in any visa program:

    "... H-1B workers may be hired even when a qualified U.S. worker wants the job, and a U.S. worker can be displaced from the job in favor of the foreign worker."

    Fiscal Years 2006-2011 (pg. 35)

    •  No other job has something called an H1B visa (0+ / 0-)

      but they most certainly allow skilled workers to come in with a petitioner or without. If there are a finite amount of jobs then that would certainly result in displacement. See Canada, Australia and the UK for example.

      Oddly in the same section they say "Additionally, the importation of the foreign
      worker will not adversely affect the wages and
      working conditions of U.S. workers."

      Man. Some "progressives" make Archie Bunker look like Tim Wise.
