I'm local to this mess. Once I sided with Grapski, no longer. He continues to try to game the system and then cries foul when the system smacks him for it. His latest arrest HAS NOTHING TO DO with election fraud, election integrity, Florida, or police abuse (tags).

According to reports, Grapski went to the home of Kiester at 118 N.W. 21st Street in Gainesville and banged on the door, became irate and smashed a window with his fist.

Grapski then walked around to the side entrance of the home and entered the home uninvited, according to reports. Grapski then asked for help in finding his glasses and did not leave when Kiester asked Grapski to, according to reports.

But try to tell the kossacks their barking up the wrong tree and they go into attack mode.

    •  he hasn't been tried, and yet you know (0+ / 0-)

what happened. This is a police report, not an adjudicated finding.  And he's been refused bail for a post-football game party infraction that the 'victim' has declined to press?

Grapski might be a gadfly and maybe he can't hold his liquor, but he doesn't deserve to be tossed into inderminate detention for those reasons, does he?
