    Over 10 years, Dr. Bill McGuire got compensation of $1 billion. He later had to give some of it back because they fraudulently backdated his stock options (why is excess never enough for these people?), but that's beside the point.

    The point is, they could have paid McGuire a million bucks a year to be their CEO and had $99 million a year left over. With that $99 million, they could have easily opened and staffed 10 clinics a year serving the needy.

    By now, they'd have 100 clinics operating. Instead, they have a disgraced and retired CEO, sitting on his pile and doling out little gifts to build pocket parks in downtown Minneapolis with his name on them.
