      there'd be an effort, with the Gov's support, anyway.

      The War on Drugs is $40 billion a year of Government waste.

        ...and we are very much opposed to the idea.

        one state supreme court justice (frankly, the "not so legally wise" one) suggested a statute would overcome the protection of privacy provision in washington's constitution--but he gets to run for reelection eventually, and we hope a lesson in constitutional law will be delivered upon him at that time.
