      My my my, aren't you just soooo clever!!!  Such a witty and informative response.  As if he mentioned garlic as a cure for a broken bone, or spinal cord injury.  Would you advise a cast for a sore throat?  What other modes of non-Western medicine do you feel qualified to sneer at, based on your personal experience?

        the time, I know a lot about it from my own research, and worked in an alternative medical office in the past.

        My comment was in response to the notion  that health care reform isn't all that imperative because one can always use something like garlic to heal something that can't be healed that way. Sorry you completely misread my post.
