    Also, his writing is why I am suspicious of even so-called humanitarian intervention. I mean, that's how Blair tried to sell the Iraq War and that didn't make it any less wrong.

      Iraq War, but that was not his main selling point that got the war defined as "legal" by the then lord chancellor, Goldsmith. It was the WMD and the lie that Iraq could attack Britain in 45 minutes (even with arguments and evidence to the contrary by Robin Cook), that they were an imminent threat. There are only certain things that allow for legal military interventions, to meet that standard required lies.
