      that's what they'd be doing.  I have little faith in Congress, regardless of how many D's show up on the rolls however.

      Every time something goes wrong, no matter how catastrophic, the first though should be "How can I make this work to my/our/everyone's advantage?".  Instead it seems to be they ask "How can we not get in trouble for this?".
