    It's called a Toffee Croquembouche

    Cake is made of Profiteroles stacked in a pyramid shape, filled with custard cream and topped with Toffee. Cake is decorated with hail sugar around the base. This photo displays a Profiterole cake serving 30 portions. For this design, we recommend a minimum of 30 portions.
    Flavour of the cream can be: Vanilla, Coffee, Hazelnut, Marsala, Rhum, Kirsh, or Chocolate.
