    I think this case is special. I think the men who agreed to serve on the "tribunal" in the first place are damaged goods. The CIC wouldn't have to take direct action anyway. There are many avenues through which to obtain compliance.

      Military officers, including the military judges, did not "agree to serve" they followed their orders, and it is highly unlikely to negatively impact their service.  Nor should it.  

      That kind of interference with the judiciary would be highly prejudicial to any future dealings with the military, and again, is highly unlikely.
