  •  I feel there is a lot of room in this holiday, (5+ / 0-)

    on this community-culturing, political blog for a variety of inspirational forms.  Including intelligent sarcasm.

    I fully agree that PE Obama's message is - and continues to be, frankly - inspiring, and I hope that the memes he is pushing of shared hope, responsibility and capability will begin to take serious root in our larger society by the end of his first four years.

    But, we need to relax, too.  This diary is both mind candy and eye candy for a holiday.  Sounds good to me - I like them both.

    Though, I'll once again opine for a better site organization which could help in this area of competition for attention space:

    . . . I'd still like to see a default front page with four channels, each with their own front pages and top ten diaries (the default front page being a weighted amalgam of ranked diaries from the channels): politics and organizing, governing and policy, site meta, social issues. . .
