      The outrage and poltiics of personal destruction launched against Burris after his lawful appointment to the seat was in line with the worst Republican practices of the last 20 years.  MOral grandstandign is dangerous when used to undemrine an inconvenient law.

        rule of law applies.  Today we are walking on thin ice prosecuting people under circumstancial evidence.  Once this tainted by the media becomes the norm anyone can be charged with any crime by accusation.  

        Are we that backwards?  Burris has the right to be seated even if we don't like him.  Following the law protects all of us in other areas of law.

        Those who marked people guilty by association and TAINTED should be ashamed of supporting a right wing practice.
