It's actually why I oppose her.  There was this huge initial outpouring of gush about her, it was all based on assumptions.  I even had one commenter tell me that she'd laid out detailed stands in her books - which wasn't true.  When you look at her actual record, it's scant as hell.  Her main qualification is that her last name is Kennedy, she endorsed Obama early, and she ran Obama's VP search committee.  Color me not impressed.

Since then, she's managed to insert foot into mouth on a number of occasions, trying to tell us why she's the best choice.  Color me even less impressed.

No, I'm not fond of Cuomo, either.  But there are a number of very qualified politicians who have actually run for and won office, with a record of policy stands and accomplishment in this state, who should be the next Senator.

And, yes, I'd really like someone from Upstate too.

I think that I have had enough of you telling me how things will be. Today I choose a new way to go ... and it goes through you!

would be perfect and I am from NYC.  But I think Paterson is too busy trying to play triangulate-my-own-race to be smart enough to do it.  I predict he'll be swept away in the primary.  Who'll run against him?

I think Paterson is going to have a lot of trouble getting through the primary, and might even have trouble getting through the general election.  He's definitely making it hard to like him.
