    The capability to search through (let's say) 200 hours of wiretap recordings on some random foreign agent's for a keyword like "target" has been around for a long time.  And obviously it's not that hard to search a document or a collection or email messages in a similar way.

    And such technology has real, legal, valuable uses.  But -- and this is why we have FISA -- it's not supposed to be applied arbitrarily to the communications of American citizens.

    It is the business of the future to be dangerous.
