      The first thing we need to do is stop writing off huge swaths of America.  I've never lived in the South, and probably never will.

      That being said, though?

      There are many, many great people there who don't deserve to be ridiculed or left behind because of the actions of their current 'leaders'...

      It's about time we all work together.  For everybody...

        think they'd want to keep their members healthy, or at least alive.  Instead, they have in far too many cases been bribed by the pro-life and Repuke-values machine.  What do you think Bush's faith-based initiative was about?  Why do you think these churches ARE the Repuke GOTV machine in many places?

        But, of course, we can not tell their members what is going on.  We are apostates and infidels to their eyes.  As their corrupt preachers are only to happy to keep braying.

        Sadly, we can only hope that the reality-based revolution in DC and the inevitable Haggard-cancers will bring some to their senses.

        Oh, ansd revoke tax exempt status for partisan churches (of both parties).
