    Then I went to college in Louisiana ....

    Not only did I get introduced to fresh seafood, but had a girlfriend who's father was a high level executive at Exxon. Best I could tell, he just flew around the world shooting stuff.

    And that is where I came into the though process of when I see something on TV or in a post like this I think to myself, "what does that taste like?"

    Cause he shot and I ate a lot of strange stuff, and often it was really, really tasty.
