    but if the Obama Admin won't go there we have lost the rule of law, our Constitution, and the social contract.

    If the laws don't apply to our leaders they don't legitimately apply to anyone.

    BushCo must be investigated and prosecuted or we have a serial monarchy and not a nation that is by the people and for the people.

    Over the past seven years, however, the failures of the Cheney-Bush administration has pressed forward those national security claims by taking the United States many steps down the path that dictators everywhere prefer to trod.

    We will have dictators that change places every 4 years or so if BushCo's actions are allowed to stand.

      the Obama people have to face, it takes time - time that people don't want to give them.   The Bushies made sure that rectification would be complex and both diplomatically and politically difficult.  And given that some Dems in the House and Senate are worried about their past complicity, it becomes even more tangled.  

      In government, nothing happens quickly, especially when it must.

      When "stupidity" suffices, why search for any other reason?
