        The state of not having children is not a medical problem.

        Treatments to make you more fertile, fine - you're treating infertility, which is a medical issue.

        Creating test tube babies for you and implanting them in you, not fine - not having implanted fertilized embryos isn't.

        If you want to be that greedy genetically, do it on your own money.  Can't afford, it?  Tough luck, it's not like the state is withholding care for your punctured lung.

      incentives for people with no children to adopt a couple?
