You can sometimes forget how much living in the heart of the empire pickles people brains until you walk into people playing "fantasy CIA chief." Its really sad actually how ordinary people who themselves have comparatively little power identify with the gangsters who run the world and so like to act as if they were one of them. They puff themselves up advocating assassinating so and so and bombing such and such and then call a landless peasant a "thug" for taking back a piece of the land that was taken from his great grandfather, all from the comfort of their couch in gringolandia.

Do you think it is "sad actually" only when "ordinary people who themselves have comparatively little power" have an opinion about foreign policy, or do you think that "ordinary people" should STFU concerning domestic issues as well?

Enlightenment and Responsibility ... P.S.: In the Palestine conflict debate, "Justice" is nothing but a code word for "more dead people".
