    ... i am sorry, but i think this falls into either faux outrage or naivete ...

    either You read and understand the TOS ... and then agree with it ... or You don't

    i would assume that all these services REQUIRE that You agree with the TOS ... so, even if You choose not to read it, You have still 'said' that You read and agree ...

    and finally -- Your other two choices are -- don't use the service or pay a premium for some other service to achieve the same goals ... or some such thing ...

      and then he changed the Terms.

      What part of "not the same agreement" do you not understand?

      The change was made after people had explicitly agreed to the earlier terms of service, but it applies to everything on the servers.

      So, for instance, I never once agreed explicitly to this TOS but it now applies to everything on my page. Even if I delete it, Faceberg claims ownership. So there's no way to disagree, there's no way to delete, there's no way to reclaim copyright even though I never once agreed to surrender it.

      That's the issue.
