Investigators tracking billions in lost funds associated with New York trader Bernard Madoff say they may have found two accounts hiding $10 billion.

Accounts in Switzerland and Africa in the name of a deceased client, Norman Levy, and the Picower Foundation may have been used to conceal the $10 billion, ABC News reported Friday.
Madoff has yet to fully cooperate in the search for the missing billions or in revealing who else may have been involved in the massive fraud.

Even though uncooperative, with his window shades up, ABC News cameras saw him spending hours on his computer, appearing to be on the internet, and at other times talking into the computer. There is no restriction on his use of the computer or on computer phone connections, such as Skype.

    •  You really think that they're not monitoring (0+ / 0-)

his phone and internet use, including WiFi and cellular modem? That's probably why he's being allowed to be under house arrest. Amazing as it sounds, criminals tend to make the dumbest mistakes and overestimate their brilliance, and he's probably burying himself right this minute by incriminating himself electronically.
