    Dust Bowl's a topic coming up soon in this series.  I used to think it was the main thing, but really it is only a piece.  I've learned a lot working on this series.  Hopefully others have, too.  Mainly I'm trying to deepen understanding about the "stimulus" and some notion of what kind of trouble might still be coming up.

      if you're at all interested in the Dust Bowl. Reads like a novel and isn't terribly long.

      A bit of it extended into New Mexico, although that's a minor part of the book. It focuses on western Oklahoma, the Texas panhandle, southeastern Colorado, and a bit of Kansas.

      The inhabitants could tell where the dust was coming from, usually. The red dust came from New Mexico.
