    I posted this recipe on my facebook page and suggested folks add onion and other veggies to add flavor.  I've started saving the carcass of the roasted chicken to make stock.  I know others have been doing this forever, but I finally just started doing it and couldn't be happier to have a basic stock that I don't have to buy.
