    If you looked at all 350 precincts which had an increase in voters with the exception of Maplewood P-06, which has been dismissed, you see Franken gained 132 votes in the recount.

    If you add the totals in the Precincts Coleman claimed double counting occurred you get 104 votes for Franken being removed.

      Really appreciate all the number crunching and good posts.

      104 is not going to be anywhere near enough, even if Coleman prevailed and it looks to me like he loses this one too.  Franken filed an excellent brief against this claim in today's filing.

      I think Franken is going to increase his lead from the absentee ballots that he is introducing and proving were wrongly rejected during the trial.  And he will gain votes from the voters who filed affadavits and the court said their votes can be counted.  And from the ballots from unregistered voters who stuck a card in the secret envelope.

      Would you like to hazard a guess about this? Agree, disagree, estimate net gain/loss?
