    Sunday mornings, getting ready for church while Dad mixed up spices with tomato juice for Bloody Marys, going to church, and then home where Mom made Hollandaise for Eggs Benedict while people started arriving, including Father Mulroy, and we'd all wait our turn for our meal as the eggs finished cooking and were served up. Bloody Marys definitely add to the flavor.

    I also love home-made mayo, but rarely make it as Crashing Vor hates it for some reason.
