  •  I made a spreadsheet of Florida's 11.04 report (none)
The site had two reports that I cross-referenced:
1)breakdown of votes per Presidential candidate; 2) County Reporting Status that showed total voters registered & actual turnout.
Here are discrepancies that involve significant numbers...

Note: The site has gone down, but before it did, I noticed one county (Palm Beach, I think) had reduced Bush's numbers & increased Kerry's. When I went back to begin pulling my numbers about an hour later, the site was down, and a .pdf report was issued using Thursday's numbers. My findings are from Thursday.

    Counties Bush won:

Escambia: Presidential breakdown: 143K, turnout: 161K; 18K less votes distributed among candidates than actually turned out (did voters not cast presidential ballots, or were votes "lost"?

Highlands: Pres breakdown: 41K, turnout: 34K; 7K more votes distributed among candidates than actually turned out (incidents of this type will get worse)

Osceola: Pres brkdwn: 82K, turnout: 64K; 19K more than actual turnout

Pinellas(Bush won by 260 votes): Pres brkdwn: 455K, turnout: 457K; 2K more than actual turnout

    Counties Kerry won:

Broward: Pres breakdown: 703K, turnout: 706K; 3K less votes distributed among candidates than actually turned out (did voters not cast presidential ballots, or were votes "lost"?

Miami-Dade: Pres breakdown: 769K, turnout: 717K; 52K(!) more votes distributed among candidates than actually turned out (where did these votes come from & who did they go to? Some may say "leave it alone, Kerry won", but what if those votes were given to Bush in hopes that the opposition wouldn't question a "gift"?)

Orange: Pres breakdown: 388K, turnout: 386K; 1.6K more votes distributed among candidates than actually turned out

Palm Beach: Pres breakdwn: 543K, turnout: 452K; 91K(!) more than actual turnout

Volusia: Pres brkdwn: 228K, turnout: 209K; 19K(!) more than actual turnout

I may be a conspiracy theorist, but it looks like things are made to be intentionally confusing to discourage inquires.

Sorry to "muddy the waters", but this has been worrying me...
