    every day (even weekends)!

    I spend about an hour a day dividing time between running on the treadmill and weight training.

    I loathed exercise my whole life (I'm a dedicated bookworm sloth) until I reached my late 40's and gained weight and got bad cholesterol numbers.

    Now I'm addicted to exercise and feel great! Lost the weight and the bad blood results...
