    enough power that workers can slack off and not be reprimanded.  Think what you want, but if you're sure 100% of the employees aren't wonderful productive employess at all times, I'm sure 100% of them are productive less than half the time.  Heck, I've seen 50% productivity in shops without unions.

    Regardless of the reduced power of the national unions, the power of a strike is still powerful for any factory.  If the unions are weak, it's because the corporations and the actual working people got tired of the sloth.

    I'm starting to feel America again.

      And guess what, people slack off there, too. I'd rather have a union and have decent wages and good benefits than no union and still see some people slacking off.

      Unions are weak because the government has shown no interest in protecting them since 1947. And corporations spend a ton of money every year to break unions. You have a very ahistorical view.
