Dr Goebbels was charged with crimes against humanity, yet he was never accused of killing a single individual...could one extrapolate from that starting point?

Shouting fire in a crowded theater? Aiding and abetting?

They have an additional burden, to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic.  The lies of would-be assassins notwithstanding, protecting the constitution means standing with Obama, staunchly invoking the duty of all military and law enforcement people to defend the constitutionally elected president.  I have no idea if there is any point beyond which, based on words only, a government official can be reasonably impeached for violating his oath.  Of course, the practical challenges are fatal, but even bringing a motion to impeach on grounds of sedition or violating the oath could help bring clarity to the problem.

We have to face the frustrating fact that reform cannot avoid hurting a lot of people and a lot of powerful interests... John Gatto
