So because 100% of all Macs until now never had a right click (unless you buy and additional after market mouse), it is "idiotic" &  "shows a downright ridiculous lack of knowledge"?

    What a joke. Hyperbole much?

    •  Think about it (0+ / 0-)

Macs have supported right-click for hm... at least 3-4 years, if not longer. That's out of the box, without any additional accessories.

So yes, if you're uninformed enough to still believe that macs don't have right-click capability, then you have no business saying ANYTHING on the subject. If you're spouting off long-false nonsense because you can't be bothered to look up if something is still true, then yes, you're an idiot.

To put it another way, if someone today said Windows doesn't support USB (because it didn't on some previous version) you'd be right to call him ignorant because it's been false for a long time. And you'd be right to call him an idiot for spewing that bullshit without even bothering to look it up.

      Guess what?

that the CTRL click is a right click (a.k.a. "supported"?

        Because that's laughable.

The after market mouse thing is the issue. Either your laptop has 2 buttons or it doesn't.

WHy are you arguing? It's simply a minor issue that I find amusing. It's also the truth and certainly not worth all this venom.

Still uninformed. Apple uses two-finger tap for right-click on the laptops, and has for a long time. Their desktop mouse only has one button, but it's pressure sensitive and differentiates between a click on the left side and right side, and it's been that way for several years.

No, it's not the truth. I despise when people pass off falsehoods as truth, and then get pissed off when someone calls them on it.

If you don't know the facts, shut the fuck up and let people who actually know what they're talking about be the ones to speak. Don't spew nonsense that has been false for years.
