And I have problems with Mongiardo on those issues too. I know he will fight for working folks and healthcare.

There will be at least one more option for Senate but they will hope to not have to talk about Abortion here.

While I have limited knowledge of medical things I did learn that statistics have shown that women who have had an abortion have higher rates of breast cancer, suicide and other medical and psychological problems. I could see where certain doctors might look at it from that perspective.

I just think that a woman should be able to make the choice to take that risk on her own.

    Best wishes!!

      true. Absolutely not remotely true.

Women do not need to be under the thumb and control of men when the women make their life choices.

Restricting access to knowledge of your body and its functions, as well as restricting access to birth control either by cost or availability is immoral.

No one has the right to force women to bear children at times when they are not ready.

And women do NOT need the preaching of morality. They need knowledge to care for their bodies and they need a civilized accessible methodology for birth control so they and their families are safe, healthy and can succeed in life.

      •  Hey.. (0+ / 0-)

I support a woman's right to choose at any time, but statistics have shown that women who have had abortion do have higher rates of some cancers, suicide and depression. I learned that from a non-partisan college text achieving a minor in Psychology.
