    as to who they are and the circumstances of their capture.  Perhaps it is taking some time to review the cases?  That's 1100 cases total between just the two prisons.  Playing devil's advocate here to the view that Obama has crossed over to Cheney's territory...suppose he was in fact building a case against the previous administration, or just interested in preserving an account of these people...how long would we be willing to give him to review?  This, outside of the idea that the people held in Afghanistan are security risks as they may actually have something to do with the 9/11 attack...

    I'm not convinced that the legal arguments aren't in fact buying time while things are sorted out yet.  This is not to say my view won't change, but only that I won't condemn or accuse Obama of wanting to be emperor or other such things at this time.
