    Obama is a licensed attorney.  He is an officer of the court, and he has forgotten more Constitutional law than you or I will ever know.  

    Nobody with that background plays the kind of games you are talking about.  It just isn't done.  You don't play politics with the Rule of Law.  It's every bit as wrong as refusing to enforce it in the first place.

    If Obama wants to roll-back the unitary executive like he promised, all he has to do is ask Congress to draft the legislation.  He hasn't done that and the fact that he hasn't should really be taken at face value.  

    This is bad.  Very bad.

      Presidents don't conduct all of their negotiations with Congress publicly.  Then again, you may be right.  I just think more evidence is needed before making some of the assumptions I read here.

        then I would suggest to you that the world of shit we are in is much, much deeper than even my most pessimistic self can imagine.
