    people seem to be avoiding mentioning Bush in this scandal, I guess I understand why... it's almost unthinkable to an American pol to think about putting a President in the dock. But sometimes, like Nixon, the evidence all comes together with enough public outcry and a crook falls even from the highest office. The odds are still against it but they're looking stronger and we may yet see Bush clearing brush once again in Texas. This time with a guard making him hurry up.

      I seem to remember one Bill Clinton having to spend rather a substantial amount of time in the dock toward the end of his second term.

        Clinton was impeached for politcal reasons and was never threatened with anything but discrace. War crimes and crimes against humanity are way different, but maybe you're right and Clinton paved the way, we'll see.
