    ...on the 10th ammendment is that the 10th ammendment says that the federal government only has the powers the constitution grants it, and that all other authority lies in the states.

    Well who decides what powers are granted by the constitution and what aren't?  The Supreme court, that's who.

    I kind of doubt these Texas "Neo-seccessionists" (Love that term btw) would be willing to sit back and let 9 old fogies dictate to them where their authority ends and federal authority begins.

    You are entitled to express your opinion. But you are NOT entitled to agreement.
