    One always assumes that the present is forever.

    There have been repeated discussions here and there about the problem of the reclist being dominated by a few posts that even stick over more than one day (not surprising - posts on the reclist are more likely to be read and rec'd). People have proposed things like having more than one reclist for different subsets of posts, to get around this problem and get more of the wonderful and worthy contributions up where they will stay visible for a longer time. Any possibility of something to alleviate this problem?
