    Hopefully, those in Congress who enabled it are learning this lesson: It is FAR TOO EASY to use information so gathered for political purposes.  If we continue to allow domestic spying, we have only ourselves to blame when it turns around and bites us on the ass.

    Should have been obvious from the start, but now that the 2x4 has smacked them upside the head, even the densest should get it.

    Meanwhile, 8 years of Bush should account for at least three generations of legal careers at last count.

      For "political purposes," as many news outlets, such as Foreign Affairs, try desperately to tie Pelosi in as being complicit or guilty somehow in Harman's alleged dealmaking with agents of a foreign country.

        no question about it.  Hopefully, those who opened the can (or, stood idly by while it was being opened) are beginning to see the error in their thinking, "24" -style ticking clocks notwithstanding.
