  •  Dude, (9+ / 0-)

We don't understand your ideas. I tried to read your diary, but it didn't make any sense. It was meandering, it was written in a way that didn't give enough information and assumed we knew a lot of things we didn't know, and then there was the song lyrics for no apparent reason...

    •  That's fair (0+ / 0-)

try reading it again appreciating the fact that I’m sitting by the computer

      •  I tried to read it twice. (0+ / 0-)

        It made no sense.

I highly recommend reading Strunk & White's The Elements of Style.

Better late then never sometimes works but not this week it doesn’t.  The good friend, the illegal, the one who lived with us for 5 years, the one who lives one hour outside Mexico City- the hard working- class act that I’ve begged editor and reporters, columnists or anybody with a pulse in the news industry to interview-

          What doesn't make sense?

But you put considerably more than that in your diary, which I explained above.

But hey, if you want to sit there taking offense at people trying to understand what you're on about, go for it.

Not least is why we should care as deeply as you seem to that the national media are not interested in interviewing your friend from Mexico.

            •  thank god (0+ / 0-)

a fair and decently asked question.  They should interview him in his home town because it helps to understand how the corruption screws up everything down there if you see it through the eyes of a hard working poor Mexican.  I thought that’s what reporters did.  Why have international offices at all.  They could get everything they need to know 2nd hand.

Some of the details are in my other diaries.  No takers yet.

One of the things about this site is the huuuuge number of diaries. Nobody can read all of them. If you want to tell us something, you can't just announce an easter egg hunt through your prior diaries to seek out a few details here or there. Especially since even one of your diaries is an easter egg hunt in its own right. You still haven't told us why we should care enough about any of your "eggs" to read even one well written diary, let alone multiple badly written ones.

                •  I missed your comment sorry (0+ / 0-)

your explanation makes perfectly good sense which I do appreciate.  Here’s the trick (sometimes I think the whole thing is going to backfire though).  Some reporter might find all this detail interesting  after I get on the ballot for Governor (gulp)
