      Unless there's some hidden cache of Gregoire-favorable provisional ballots somewhere, I just don't see it happening.

      I'll note, though, that the Gregoire campaign is trying to set up phonebanks in King and Pierce Counties (and elsewhere?) to call up voters who didn't sign the outside envelopes of their absentee ballots.  If those voters go to the county offices to add their signatures by a specific date/time (sorry, I don't have the details), their ballots will be processed.
