    He hasn't made any definite statements. I consider that a good sign, because in the past he hasn't hesitated to say clearly ahead of time when he would veto things. He said up front he would veto a sales tax, an income tax, or a repeal of the death penalty, and kept those issues from coming anywhere near his desk. Given the high level of popular representation in NH (400 state reps for a state of about 1.2 million), for the governor to actually exercise his veto pen is a pretty rare thing, particularly when it's a Democratic governor with a Democratic house.
