    I worry that burnout is in my future.
    At a recent forum, a doc replied to the calls for Universal access with the question "Access to what?"

      infrastructure is often passed over in our discussions of reforming our health care system.  We may currently have enough health care providers to meet the needs of those currently insured or otherwise covered, but we will certainly need far more primary care providers if access to health care actually becomes universal.

      This shortfall underscores the extent to which millions of uninsured or under insured Americans currently do without routine preventive care.  Emergency rooms should not have to serve as primary care facilities.
