    thanking her for not being a typical teenage girl when she was younger.

    I don't know how I was so blessed, but my daughter never did any of that stuff. Of course, she was an angel even as a baby. But her brother came along and made up for that. I used to tell him that if he had been born first, he would be an only child.

    Luckily, his "bad" years didn't last very long, and he's grown into a wonderful, responsible young man.

    My life still sucks, but my kids seem to have it together better than I do.
