I wish I could give credit to the Kossack that gave it to me, but just saw it in a post a few days ago. Bookmarked it. Then spent some time with it yesterday and today. The stuff this guy has gathered is both informative and somewhat troubling, to say the least.

I want to check it out when I have more time to devote to it.  I think it's the answer to GITMO.

It's a terrific topic and may just be the answer we need.  I'm going to check it out later.

and it was excellent and I do think it may answer the "where are we going to put them" question.    Can't conspire to commit a crime when you don't see anyone but guards.  I'm curious if we know what such detention does to their minds (not that I would care if they go mad).  I would think such a lack of stimulation would play serious mind games.
