    And seeing a prison outside of town and working at said prison fills the residents with a sense of kick ass, Hummer type pride at how hard assed and tough they are. While seeing a wind farm will make them feel hippy and gay and might cause them to crave Starbucks coffee instead of their all American brewsky. Pigs and pearls, that's about how it goes.
