    Activism is only activism when you don't agree with the particular outcome. Conservative partisans ranting against activist judges are hypocrits: they like judicial activism when it advances their own agendas. They do not want to get rid of judicial activists. They want to rid the courts of judges who disagree with them.

      If we do it, it's not activism it's just the correct view of the LAW. If you do it , it's changing the LAW as we see it ( the correct view , therefore activism). That's so called judicial activism boiled down to it's biased conclusion.
