    ... looking to overturn the Warren Court and all its works.  They couldn't wait for the slow turn of precedent to undo that work, so they cooked up a scheme to allow them to pitch it all over the side by pretending to be the reincarnation of James Madison and Thomas Jefferson.  As if.

    Just more well-funded conservative corporatists writing propaganda to feed by the shovelful to gullible Beltway gasbags and their grateful employers.  The Federalist goons don't give a damn about the Founding Fathers, or really about the Constitution.  As we've seen, they'll happily overturn Magna Carta when it suits their purposes.

      I've heard of these people. They can't wait to overturn all decisions based on the commerce clause - no federal protections for workers, no national minimum wage, no food processing standards...
