    opinion of religion when the leaders change, as is inevitable.  I was just talking to my wife about this in a non-Kos-related discussion. She's pretty devout in her Romanian Orthodox beliefs. I have immense respect for her beliefs and those of my religious but non-wingnut relatives, even though I don't share them. It's the radicalism of a lot of protestant and some catholic (donahoe and monaghan to name a couple) leaders that create the hostility.

    The hostility of people here and in the meat world toward religion isn't really against religion so much as against religious leaders. When the leaders become more like Mr. Diaz and less like dobson and donahoe, you'll see a lot less hostility.  That day is coming.
