    who came to the U.S. with lots of money after the downfall of the Shah's government.

    The Baha'is were safer under the Shah as well, he only let them be persecuted just a little bit, here and there, but the community as a whole was pretty safe.  Not so today.

    That poor country never has had a decent government because it is really run by the clergy.  The clergy are unelected and they make all the rules and hold all the power, and they are very, very afraid right now because their youth are more worldly and better educated than ever before in their history. Their women are much, much more powerful than the West has been led to believe.  There's a lot going on under those headscarves.  Iran women have more power, influence and freedom than in any of Muslim country.

    It's going to a interesting next couple of years.

    The changes that we've made are the changes we promised. That's what you should expect from a President. Barack Hussein Obama
