    however, we'll have to see if the fact that he apparently has little to no ground game will impact the election.  With such a low expected turnout, I still think the result is rather unpredictable, even with two polls like the SurveyUSA and PPP polls.

      People care about a Governor's election.  They care most about who gets elected President, and after that I think Governor is the next biggest care average voters have--and it's a higher care than a U.S. Senate race.

      There's been more buzz around here (I live in NoVA) the past few weeks as primary day gets closer, and I think people know it's been a jump ball and their vote matters.  So I expect a higher turnout than some think, although I hesitate to put a number on it.

      And also defying expectations, I think the much-touted hypothesis that "high turnout helps TMac" will get blown out of the water.  I think there will be high turnout and Deeds will win.
