    at least one camp, if not two. When my brother and I were grown, he showed us the pictures he took. Completely unbelievable, shocking, grotesque -- every adjective you would expect to apply to such images.

    He didn't talk ... just showed us the pictures.

    He was a 20-year-old medic. I'm not sure he ever really got over it.

      I wish they could all be told.

      I'm going to think about that.  Maybe a special mega-diary?  Just ordinary, random Americans and their family stories about the holocaust.  It's not esoteric history of strangers in other countries, it's American families, so many American families.  Today.
